New Sales terms and conditions: Items purchased new from AVOMegger.com are provided with the (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty and will be honored by AVOMegger.com. Repair terms and conditions: 90 day warranty at time of invoice. June Company Industrial Services reserves the right to refuse any warranty due to negligence or misuse of product. AVOMegger.com strongly recommends sending all parts and components for testing as a complete unit. AVOMegger.com cannot offer warranty repair if AVOMegger.com repairs a unit that is repaired and damaged due to customer system failure. In the event the customer finds failure June Company Industrial Services will work closely to resolve any problems occurring or reoccurring. Remanufactured Sales terms and conditions: All obsolete item, unit, system, purchases by customers are final unless unit is defective. If in case unit is defective the customer may send the unit to AVOMegger.com for repair only if approved with an RMA. number provided by AVOMegger.com 702-294-5566 for inquiry. Payment terms: Payment by customer is due 30 days from the invoice date. A finance charge of 2% per month will be charged on the unpaid balance of past due accounts.
Shipping terms and conditions: June Company Industrial Services is not responsible for shipping damage and highly recommends shipping insurance. AVOMegger.com ship via Fed Ex or UPS according to sensitivity of electronic units. AVOMegger.com will not be liable for loss or damage due to shipping of any nature.
